• When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include, such as your business name or details about your project.
• When you book a call: the details you enter in our scheduling tool (Calendly), such as your name, email address, the time you pick and your answers to any booking questions.
• When you become a client: contact and billing details, and the information about your business we need to do the work.
• When you visit the website: like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our analytics count visits in aggregate and do not identify you.

We don't ask for sensitive information, such as health or financial account details, through this website.

We don't use your personal information for advertising, and we won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We never sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:

• With the tools we run the business on, which store or handle information for us: Google Workspace for email, documents and spreadsheets; Calendly for booking calls; and Vercel for hosting this website and counting visits. Depending on how you reach us, they may handle your name, email address, phone number, messages or booking details.
• When the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights or someone's safety
• With anyone else, but only if you ask us to or give us permission

When we build something for a client, we may work with information in that client's systems, such as customer lists, inboxes or other business tools. We use it only to do the work the client asked for, and our agreement with the client governs how it is handled.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics don't use cookies at all. The only cookie we set remembers your language if you choose one with the EN | ES switch, so the site opens in that language next time. It lasts one year.

If you open our booking page, Calendly may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires for business, tax and accounting records. After that, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email alejandro@alvoroai.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. There is no charge, and we'll respond as soon as we can, usually within 30 days.

We use reputable providers and limit access to personal information to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
